When my son was born, I didn't just experience his birth, but a complete rebirth of myself. And ever since, I have been on a journey of both surrendering to motherhood and rediscovering myself after it. Exploring motherhood through photography is what has inspired the rebirth of my business too- I realised how fragile and fleeting these moments of life are and how important it is to capture them. Not just the glossy, photogenic moments, but the intimate, raw, messy moments too. I'm constantly inspired by the women I meet and the stories they share, the stories their bodies share, and the energy they bring to the world around them. I'm forever in love with Tasmania's wild landscapes, Adelaide's coastal cliffs, and love incorporating nature and earth into my work. I love music, the ocean, watching the afternoon sun stream through my windows, and treating myself to coffee after every school drop off.

And create you a personal photographic novel that one day your grandchildren can read too. I know having your photo taken can feel awkward and unnerving, which is why I like our session to be super relaxed and easy going. I want to feel like a friend and for you and your family to feel totally at ease during your session so you can relax and be fully present with each other.

I believe in the beauty of authenticity and simplicity- this is why I don’t use excessive posing or props in my work. I don’t want anything to distract from the, raw, wild and fiercely beautiful truth of parenthood.
