FRQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I reccomend getting in touch for your maternity and newborn session by 20 weeks in your pregnancy!

I will use your due date as a placeholder and we will schedule a date once baby arrives- within the first 2 weeks is ideal!

Yes! Immediate family including siblings and (well behaved) pets are included in your newborn session.

All sessions include complimentary styling advice as well as access to my women's client wardrobe. As a starting point I recommend light/neutral and warm/earthy tones!

Yes! Once your initial deposit has been paid you are welcome to pay off your balance in installments. All sessions must be paid in full 48 hours to your session date.

Absolutely! Contact me for travel rates and more information.

Yes I do! You can find more information about them here.

That's okay! Sometimes kids cry, feel shy or have trouble sitting still. These are all valid emotions and part of the beauty of having a lifestyle session is that kids are free to be themselves (and most of them warm up pretty quickly).

I have a strict illness policy to protect not only my clients, but my own family's health too. If any of us are sick we will reschedule for the next available date!

If it's light showers we can still go ahead with your session, but in the case of true rain or severe wind we will reschedule ASAP!

99% of my clients tell me that they are awkward or not photogenic, and trust me- it's never the case! It can feel awkward having a photoshoot for the first time, but my job is to make you feel comfortable and sessions are very easygoing.

Outdoor sessions are almost always held in the hour before sunset, which will vary depending on the time of year. Indoor sessions can be held nearly any time during the day.
